This 12-week course focuses on teaching you how to connect with your child through compassion and empathy. You will learn skills on how to set healthy boundaries, be more self-aware, and help your child through the complex emotions they encounter.
Sibling Rivalry

In class, we will learn:

*how to validate everyone’s feelings
*difference between equal and unique

Thriving Through the Holidays with TBRI
Holidays can be difficult even for the most planned family. For children that have experienced trauma, holidays bring about increased anxiety, depression, and possible behavioral concerns. Come learn ways to reduce these symptoms for your child. Proactive strategies will be discussed with an opportunity to ask questions.
